What it does
A design plan built on small tests instead of heavy documents. Describe a design problem and get a list of assumptions, clear hypotheses and quick experiments that show whether you are right before you build much. It starts by writing down what you believe about the business and the users, then ranks those beliefs by risk and how little you know. For each top belief it writes a hypothesis with a success rule set in advance. It picks the cheapest way to test it, like a paper sketch or a fake landing page. It pushes the team to design together and research weekly. It also scores your process out of 10.
You give it
- The design problem or feature idea
- Who the users are
- Your current design process (optional)
- Team size and roles (optional)
You get
- A ranked assumptions list
- Hypotheses with success rules
- Lightweight experiment plans
- A score of your current process with fixes
Use it when
- Your team is about to spend months on a design nobody has tested.
- Stakeholders disagree and you need to turn opinions into things to test.
- You want to replace long spec documents with quick learning.
- You need a weekly research habit your team will keep.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
