What it does
A committee memo that puts the facts, the risks and the open questions on one page flow. Give it what you know: the company, market, three to five years of financials, deal terms, diligence findings and the returns cases. The skill organizes them into the standard structure: executive summary, business and market, financials, management, deal terms, risks, value creation plan and returns. It writes the recommendation up front with headline returns, and lists risks with ways to reduce each. This version is built for Indian deals: it uses the April to March fiscal year and lakh and crore units, and avoids the spreadsheet format that makes figures a hundred times off.
You give it
- Company description and market context
- Historical financials
- Deal terms and financing
- Diligence findings
- Returns cases and value creation plan (optional)
You get
- A structured committee memo
- An executive summary with a recommendation
- A risk list with mitigations
- A returns section
- A list of open questions
Use it when
- You are presenting a deal to an investment committee next week.
- You have scattered diligence notes and need one structured memo.
- You want base, upside and downside returns shown side by side.
- You invest in India and need fiscal year and crore labels right.
