What it does
A one-page memo that tells you in minutes whether a deal is worth more time. Drop in a teaser or CIM and your fund's criteria, and you get each test marked pass or fail with the numbers beside it. It first pulls the facts: company, sector, revenue, EBITDA, margins, growth, deal type, asking price, seller motivation, management plans and key customers. Then it fills a table of your criteria against what the document says, such as revenue range, margin, growth and sector fit. Red flags and open questions are listed at the end. If it does not know your criteria, it asks.
