What it does
Six hard questions that expose what an ISO 27001 auditor would pick on, asked before they do. Name your scope and the audit type: an internal review, a stage 1 or 2 certification, or a surveillance visit. The coach works through each question and expects samples, not claims. It asks whether three-year audit coverage is on track and whether auditors are independent. It asks when the risk register was last refreshed and whether high risks link to controls. It asks you to show the last four quarters of access reviews, which is the most cited finding area. Each weak answer becomes a gap to fix before the audit.
