What it does
A balanced journal entry you can post once it has been reviewed. Describe the transaction. The skill sorts out the event: what happened, which period it belongs to, whether it is an accrual, deferral, depreciation, correction or reclass, and whether it reverses next month. It applies the debit and credit rules, checks that the debits equal the credits, and lines up with standard patterns such as accrued expenses, prepaid amortization, deferred revenue release, payroll and bad debt provisions. Corrections reverse the wrong entry in full and repost it right, never the net difference. The output also lists the support documents needed and who must approve.
