What it does
A gap list showing which of your records already support an ISO standard and which are missing. Name the standard, such as ISO 13485, 14971 or 17025, and share your procedures and records. The skill sorts them into scope, controlled documents, implementation records and traceability, then runs local checks to see what evidence is present. It is strict about limits. It does not certify anything, predict an audit result, or quote the standard, which is copyrighted. Every output is labelled a draft for a qualified person to review, and open decisions stay listed as blockers instead of being guessed. You need your own licensed copy of the standard.
You give it
- The standard you work to
- Your scope statement
- Procedures and records, as files
- Your own licensed copy of the standard (optional)
You get
- An evidence gap list
- Records mapped to process areas
- A list of blockers and open decisions
- A draft marked for human review
Use it when
- You are preparing for a quality audit and want to see your evidence gaps early.
- You need to organise documents and records against a named ISO standard.
- A new quality manager wants a map of what exists and what is missing.
- You want a checklist of open decisions to take to your regulatory lead.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
