What it does
Safe debt is chosen by saying no. A good loan turned down costs a delay. A bad one costs your money. Yet the usual sales points for weak debt are a high rate, a near due date and a pledge of property, and each of them sounds like safety. This skill holds the line on all three. It starts from refusal, runs the checks that can end the matter, and sets out the call in three levels: meets the bar, speculative at these terms, or reject. It also looks for a bet hidden in the price, such as paying more than you would get back if the debt were repaid early. It is a method, not financial advice, and never says buy or sell.
You give it
- The results from "Average earnings coverage tester" and "Equity cushion ratio tester"
- The terms, including amount, rate, due date, early repayment terms, security and your price
- What you know about the borrower's age, size, record and owners (optional)
You get
- The results in three lines
- A yes or no on each exclusion check
- Notes on the due date, rate, pledge, rate risk and price
- One call with ranked reasons and what would change it
- A date to test again
Use it when
- You have run the safety tests and want one call you can defend.
- A borrower is offering a high rate, a short term or collateral to make up for thin numbers.
- You want to write down why you said yes or no before you commit.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste the two test results and the terms of the debt.
- Add anything you know about the borrower's past.
- Read the ranked reasons, then the facts that would change the call.
- Put the borrower question to them in writing.
