What it does
Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow built so they tie out, with the balance check proving it. Give it your past accounts and your key drivers and you get a model you can stress and trust. The build order never changes. Assumptions live on one sheet. Revenue and costs follow, then schedules for equipment, working capital and debt. Every balance sheet line comes from a schedule. Cash flow is derived from changes in the other two statements. A revolver plug covers cash shortfalls. Then it compares ratios with three years of history and tests the plumbing by changing growth and capex to see if the balance sheet still balances.

- Key drivers like growth and margins
