What it does
A store plan is a chain. Ad spend divided by CAC (what you pay to win one new customer) gives new customers. They buy once or keep buying. That gives revenue, then costs, then profit. A wrong guess early in the chain spreads to every number after it, and most store owners never see how far. This skill builds that chain in one sheet. All your guesses sit in one block, marked as your data, looked up, or a guess. It forecasts one-time buyers and subscribers separately, checks the margin against your unit costs, and shows profit after ads each month. If that number is negative, you cannot pay for staff. It runs a base case and a cautious case, then adds the stock bill to show the lowest cash point and how long your money lasts. It is a plan, not a promise.
You give it
- Your ad spend plan by month and the CAC you expect
- Price, refund rate, discount rate and the cost of each order (product, packaging, fulfilment, card fees)
- How many new buyers buy once and how many subscribe, with churn or return rates if you have them
- Team and running costs, and starting cash
- Your stock plan (optional)
You get
- A month-by-month sheet plan with customers, revenue, costs, profit after ads, operating income and tax
- Run rate, lifetime value, LTV against CAC, and the lowest cash point with runway
- A base case, a cautious case and a best case
- The assumption that changes the result most
Use it when
- You are starting a store and want to know how much cash you need before it can pay for itself.
- You plan to raise ad spend and want to see when profit after ads turns positive.
- A lender, partner or buyer asks for a forecast and you want one that holds together.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your ad plan, CAC, prices and cost per order. Say which numbers are real and which are guesses.
- Add your repeat or churn data from the last six months if you have it. Without it the model is a hypothesis.
- Read the cautious case first. Then read which assumption matters most and get a real number for that one.
- Take the stock plan to the Inventory cash planner and bring back the cash view.
