What it does
Finance questions that usually wait for a part-time CFO get answered from your own numbers. You get burn and runway under base, good and bad cases, unit economics split by customer cohort instead of blended, and a plan for the next raise. It starts with pointed questions: your burn multiple, whether you survive if fundraising takes six months, and your net revenue retention. Then it works through dilution, cash tactics and the layout of a board finance pack. It also asks you to set decision triggers now, such as the runway at which you start cutting, so you are not deciding in a panic. Some steps can run small Python scripts for burn, unit economics and round scenarios.
