What it does
A chain of audio processing that runs on sound as it plays, with filters, equaliser and level meters you can tweak while it runs. Describe the effect you want and get MATLAB code that does it. The steps are fixed. Create a source, such as a file reader or live input. Set up Audio Toolbox objects for your sample rate. Look at the filter responses. Open a tuning panel so you can change settings by ear. Then process in a loop, one frame at a time, and release the objects when done. Patterns cover multiband processing, parametric equaliser, metering and per-frequency work. You need MATLAB with Audio Toolbox.
