What it does
Shipping abroad from one warehouse works for a while. Later, duties, slow delivery and payment fees on international orders cost real money, and a local store or warehouse can pay off. Open too early and you carry the cost of a second store. Switch on every country at once and you meet broken integrations and a flood of support tickets, as one apparel brand reported. This skill uses your sales by country to set an order and a trigger for each market. Its sample triggers and fee figures come from one founder who sells small, light items, so it marks them as his and asks you to test them against your own numbers. It adds what the general market-ranking skill leaves out: separate stores, warehouses, local payment costs, local-language ads and support, and a rollback plan.
You give it
- Sales and traffic by country from your analytics
- The number of products, and whether they ship small and light
- Your current payment processing and shipping costs by country
- Shipping and duties setup, support hours and languages (optional)
You get
- A market order with a sales trigger for each
- A cost comparison: country store versus one global store
- Warehouse partner options, and a list of site and ad changes
- A support plan, a test plan and a rollback plan
Use it when
- Overseas orders are growing and you wonder when a local store or warehouse pays off.
- You want to avoid launching in many countries at once.
- You pay high fees on international orders and want to compare the alternatives.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your sales and traffic by country for the last 12 months.
- Add your shipping costs, payment fees and product size.
- Compare the founder's trigger numbers with your own country data, then pick one market.
- Run the test plan on real orders before any ads go live.
