What it does
A unit plan that mixes related topics through the weeks instead of teaching each one in a block, so pupils remember more later. Paste your topic order, subject and length, and get the reshuffled plan. Research shows that practising different but related kinds of problems together improves later recall, even though it feels harder in the moment. The plan keeps a short focused block of one or two lessons to teach each topic first. Mixing then starts with two topics and adds more as pupils cope. Hard prerequisites stay in order, and any set sequence from your school is respected, with deviations explained. Weaker groups can get gentler mixing.
You give it
- Your current topic order
- Subject and year group
- Unit length
- Topics that must come first (optional)
- Class ability notes (optional)
You get
- A lesson-by-lesson mixed plan
- Where each topic is first taught
- How mixing builds up
- Notes explaining any change to your order
Use it when
- Your fractions unit goes addition, then subtraction, then multiplication, one block each.
- Pupils do well on the unit test and forget by the exam.
- You are planning a 12-lesson unit over four weeks.
- You need to keep a mandated order but still add mixing.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
