What it does
Find the slow steps in how orders move through your space and get a fix plan with the time each fix should save. It covers receiving an order through to leaving the door. The skill starts with the facts: orders per day, peaks, lines per order, speed promised, accuracy goals, tools in use and limits on space, staff and budget. It then reviews each stage: order intake, picking, packing, shipping and returns. It weighs picking methods and flags where staff walk or wait too much. You get priorities ranked by gain and effort. It fits small shops and large warehouses.
