What it does
Three numbers a sales leader needs: is there enough pipeline to hit quota, how accurate were past forecasts, and what does each sale cost to win. You get them from your own deal data. The skill runs scripts on JSON files. The pipeline analyzer measures coverage against quota (healthy is three to four times), stage conversion, sales velocity, deal age beyond twice the usual stage time, and concentration when over 40 percent sits in one deal. The forecast tracker scores accuracy over several periods. The efficiency calculator covers go-to-market cost. Output is plain text or JSON. It needs Python.
