What it does
One shared set of words for your project, written down as you talk, so people stop meaning different things by the same term. It also keeps short records of why you made key decisions. As you describe your work, the skill challenges any term that clashes with the glossary, such as when you say cancellation but mean something else. It tests edge cases with made-up scenarios to sharpen vague definitions. When a term is settled it writes it into a glossary file, and when a decision has a real trade-off it records it as a dated decision note. Big projects can have one glossary per area, linked by a map.
You give it
- A talk-through of how your project works
- Existing glossary or notes (optional)
- Decisions you have made and the alternatives you rejected (optional)
- Codebase (optional)
You get
- Glossary of agreed terms
- Flagged clashes and unclear words
- Short decision records
- Glossary map for projects with several areas
Use it when

- A new person joins and keeps asking what terms mean.
- You made a big technical choice and want to record why.
- You are about to change how the project works and want the words straight first.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
