What it does
A reply for every review you paste, ready to post. Each reads as if you wrote it to that one customer, and none promise anything you have not approved. Paste reviews from Judge.me, Yotpo, Okendo, Loox, Google, Trustpilot or similar. The skill numbers them, sorts each as praise, mixed or a problem, and writes a specific reply. Happy customers are thanked for what they said. Unhappy ones get an apology for the experience, one clear next step and an invitation to talk privately. It never admits fault and never offers refunds or discounts you did not name. It flags reviews needing a human, such as injury, allergic reactions or legal threats.
