What it does
Public replies are read by every future buyer. A reply that blames the customer, promises a refund you did not approve, or sounds copied from the last one costs more than no reply. Most owners either skip replies or paste the same apology everywhere. This agent writes a reply that names something from each review. For unhappy reviewers, it checks the draft against what they actually said and what you have approved to offer, fixes it and checks again, for up to two rounds. Reviews about health, the law, fraud or a bank dispute are held at the top for you, with only a holding reply. It remembers how earlier replies opened so each batch reads fresh. It also counts complaints, so when the same problem shows up in three reviews you see it as a product issue, not as three separate replies. It never posts and never promises a…
You give it
- The new reviews, pasted or exported, with stars, date, product and text
- Your support email and the remedies you have approved, the first time
- A few replies you wrote and liked (optional)
- Brand brain (optional)
- Document (optional)
- Your question (optional)
You get
- A reply for each review, ready to paste
- A short list of reviews to decide first, with what to check
- Replies to unhappy reviewers checked against their words and your rules
- Repeat complaints counted, with dates, and a ranked brief for app reviews
- A log that keeps openings from repeating week to week
Use it when
- You get a handful of reviews a week and want a reply to every one, in a human voice.
- Some reviews are angry and you do not trust yourself to reply calmly or safely.
- You want to spot a repeat complaint before it becomes a pattern.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the agent. In Claude Code, add it as a skill or save it in .claude/agents, then ask it to handle this week's reviews.
- The first time, give it your support email and the refunds, replacements or credits you are willing to offer, and when.
- Paste the new reviews.
- Read the held reviews first. Then approve the replies and post them yourself.
- Run it again next week. It reads the log and the repeat complaints.
