What it does
Reviews, complaints and quiet customers all tell you something. Give it your reviews and complaints and you get themes backed by exact quotes, a reply for every review in your voice, and a list of customers who may be leaving. It collects from Google, Yelp, Facebook, disputes, tickets and email, defaulting to the last 90 days. Missing sources are named, so a gap does not look like good news. Replies are drafted for you to approve. It spots customers who have stopped ordering and drafts win-back offers for those worth keeping. With Shopify, order and shipping patterns add to the picture. It works from pasted or exported reviews, and can fetch public pages.
You give it
- Reviews, pasted or exported, or links to review pages
- Complaints, tickets or emails (optional)
- Samples of your writing voice (optional)
- Time period (optional)
You get
- Themes with exact quotes
- A drafted reply to each review
- A list of customers at risk
- Win-back offer drafts
Use it when
- A one-star review arrived and you need a good reply.
- Your rating dropped and you want to know why.
- You want to find customers who have gone quiet.
- You want every review answered without writing each from scratch.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can read your accounts and files.
- Where the skill points to ../../shared/, use the shared folder inside it. We copied it in so the skill works on its own.
