What it does
A customer asks something and you need a reliable answer fast. Ask here and it searches across your docs, past tickets, chats and other connected sources, then gives one answer with each source named. It first decides what type of question it is: a customer question, a known issue, history with one account, or a general topic. Then it searches in tiers of sources and cross-checks instead of stopping at the first hit. It gives a confidence level and marks where sources disagree or nothing was found. It also checks who the answer is for, since an internal note reads differently from a customer reply.
You give it
- The question or topic
- The account name, if relevant (optional)
- Connected docs, ticket or chat tools
You get
- A single answer with sources
- A confidence rating
- Conflicts and gaps called out
- Suggested next steps
Use it when
- A customer asks if you support a tool and you are not sure.
- You want to know if a bug was reported before and what the workaround was.
- You need to check what you told an account last time.
- Support needs background on a topic before replying.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can read your help desk, docs and chat.
Workflows that use it
- Get a stuck customer issue unstuck and close the loop
- Turn repeat customer questions into help pages people understand
- Customer email reply assistant
- Monthly help centre review
