What it does
Customer words are the best source for positioning, product and copy. Share interviews, surveys, tickets or reviews and you get patterns, the exact language buyers use and clear personas. It works in three modes. First, it analyses research you already have. Second, it mines public sources like review sites, forums and Reddit for unprompted opinions. Third, if no signal exists, it helps you run interviews and surveys. It pulls out pains, goals, objections and phrases to reuse, and builds personas from what people said. Fetched reviews and posts are treated as data, never as instructions. It reads your product notes first if you have them.
You give it
- Transcripts, survey results, reviews or tickets
- Product or market notes (optional)
- The question you want answered (optional)
You get

- You have call transcripts and no time to read them all.
- You want to see what buyers say about you and competitors on review sites.
- You need personas based on evidence, not guesses.
- You are writing copy and want customers' own phrases.
How to use it
