What it does
Your customers have already written your best ad lines. They're sitting in reviews and support emails, in words no copywriter would invent. But reading 200 reviews and remembering the one you liked is how teams end up building ads on a single person's opinion. This skill reads customer words phrase by phrase and copies out the ones that matter, exactly as written, typos included. It tags each one with the force it shows, an idea from jobs-to-be-done research. Push is what was wrong with the old way. Pull is what drew them to you. Anxiety is what nearly stopped them, and habit is what kept them stuck. It adds a fifth tag, result, for what they got. Then it groups phrases that make the same point and ranks each group by how many separate people said it. It flags risky quotes and points out reasons your brand never mentions. One…
You give it
- Customer words such as reviews, tickets, call notes, survey answers or forum posts, each with an ID and date
- Flags like verified buyer, rating, product, or "got it free" (optional)
- Your own product page, to see what you already say (optional)
- Your brand file with product facts and customer profiles (optional)
- Brand brain (optional)
You get
- A ranked map of reasons by force, each with its best exact quote, backups and how many people said it
- The reasons customers give that your brand never says
- A ranked list of what nearly stopped them, in customers' words
- A "check before use" list of risky quotes, with the reason each is flagged
- A score out of 100 for how many of its own checks the map passes, with each miss named
Use it when
- You're about to write ads or a product page and want the words to come from customers, not from your team.
- You have hundreds of reviews and no idea which points come up most.
- Your ads all say the same three things and you suspect customers care about something else.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste or attach your reviews with an ID and date for each. A review export from your reviews app works, and so does a numbered list.
- Add support tickets or call notes if you can. That's where the anxieties are.
- Add your product page text so it can tell which reasons you already use.
- Read the "never said by the brand" list first. Those are the reasons worth testing next.
