What it does
Most owners read reviews and remember the ones that stung or flattered. That is not a pattern. This prompt reads every entry the same way, copies out the phrases that show a reason, and counts separate people, so one loud reviewer does not outweigh five quiet ones. The quotes stay exact, so you can drop them straight into an ad or a page. It also lists what nearly stopped people from buying, which is where your page and your emails should answer first.
