What it does
The same question arrives ten times a week, and each time someone types the same answer. A help article would stop most of them, but the one you have is titled with your internal name for the feature, so nobody finds it, and the answer is in paragraph four. This prompt reads the tickets and collects the words customers use. It writes the title as the question they would type, answers it in the first two lines, and lists numbered steps that come only from the correct answer you gave. It ends with what to do if the fix fails and how to reach a person. It also writes one line for the owner about the root cause, because ten tickets about a hidden cancel link are a page problem, not a support problem.
