What it does
Unanswered reviews tell the next shopper you do not care. A rushed reply to an angry one can be worse. It can blame the customer, promise a refund you did not mean to give, or admit fault in public. The steps split the job in two. First it reads your reviews and complaints, groups them into themes with the customer's own words, and drafts a reply to each. Then it checks the replies to the angry ones. It lists what the customer asked, tests each promise against the rules you give it, and repairs the draft. You pause to post the replies and make any call the checker left open. Last it plans how to ask for more reviews, using what the first two steps showed. The checker needs your refund and replacement rules, and the last step asks how long your product takes to judge.
You give it
- Your reviews, complaints and support emails from the last 90 days, pasted or exported
- Your refund, replacement and credit rules, and what you may offer
- How long your product takes to try before someone can judge it
- Order or case facts for the angry ones (optional)
You get
- Three to five themes with word-for-word customer quotes
- A draft reply to each review in your voice, with customers who may leave flagged
- A check on the angry replies, with promises tested, tone fixed and a repaired draft
- A plan for when and how to ask for reviews, with reply templates for public complaints
Use it when
- Reviews and complaints sit unanswered and you do not know where to start.
- You want to reply to an angry customer but fear you will promise too much.
- You want more reviews and are not sure when or how to ask.
Steps
- Customer review reply writer: Give it your reviews and complaints. Get themes with quotes, a reply to each review, and customers at risk. Scrapes sites.
- Angry customer reply checker: Paste the complaint and your draft reply. Get promises, facts and tone checked, plus a repaired draft.
- Review request and reply planner: Tell it about your reviews. Get when to ask, how to word the request, and how to answer a bad review.
How to use it
- Download the handoff pack. It's a zip with HANDOFF.md and every skill file this workflow uses.
- Give the folder to Claude (in Claude Code, or as files in a Claude Project) and say "Follow HANDOFF.md".
- Paste your reviews or export them. Pasted text gives better results than links.
- Give your refund rules before step 2. Without them every promise is marked not checked.
- Post the replies yourself. Nothing is posted or refunded for you.
