Readable code reviewer
Give it code. Get clearer names, smaller functions and tidier error handling, each with a reason. Uses Clean Code.
Readable code reviewer is a free AI skill for the job "Test and fix code". Give the instructions to an AI assistant that supports the required files and tools, then review its output.

What it does
Your code reviewed for how easily a stranger can read it, with a score out of 10 and clear fixes. Each suggestion comes with the reason behind it, based on the Clean Code approach. It checks six areas: names that show intent, small functions that do one job, comments, formatting, error handling, and tests. A name that needs a comment to explain it gets flagged. Long functions are pointed out with a split suggested. Mixed error styles are made consistent. Scoring runs from nearly unreadable to clean, and the review lists what to change to reach the top band. It works on any language, and on code you are about to write.
You give it
- Code to review
- Language and style rules (optional)
