What it does
An editable PowerPoint poster at print size, built only from text and images you approved, and checked for accessibility and file safety. You can still change it in PowerPoint afterward. It will not guess. If any claim, number, author, funding line, figure licence or QR link is unresolved, it stops and asks. Content comes from a strict local JSON file. You approve it, and the approval is tied to a fingerprint of that exact content. It builds a one-slide .pptx with no macros and no web calls, then inspects the file for structure and safety. Conference and printer rules are confirmed first. It needs Python and a few packages.
You give it
- Approved poster text
- Figures and images
- Author, funding and licence details
- Conference poster size
- Printer requirements
You get
- Editable one-slide PPTX poster
- Checks for access and file safety
- Record of the approved content
- List of unresolved items
Use it when
- You need a conference poster others can still edit.
- Your department only accepts PowerPoint posters.
- You want a poster checked for accessibility before print.
- Co-authors must approve the exact wording.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run code and save files.
