What it does
A diagnosis of why Google is skipping your pages, with a fix list and a cleaner site plan. It finds what is behind messages like "Discovered but not currently indexed" and says whether each cause is content, technical or structure. It works in fixed phases. First, indexing health: broken pages, soft 404s and noindex tags. Then crawl structure: how deep pages sit, orphan pages and wasted crawl effort. Then sitemaps, which should list only live, indexable pages, and finally redirects and URL structure. You can give it a folder of site files, a Search Console export, a live address or a planned URL layout.
You give it
- A site address, site folder or Search Console export
- A sitemap and robots file (optional)
- A proposed URL layout (optional)
- Recent site changes (optional)
- Codebase (optional)
- Source text (optional)
You get
- A list of indexing problems and their causes
- Orphan and deep pages found
- Sitemap fixes
- A redesigned structure and redirect plan
Use it when
- Search Console shows many pages as discovered but not indexed.
- You are moving a site and want to catch redirect loops and lost pages first.
- Your sitemap has old or broken links and you are not sure which.
- You are planning a new site structure and want it checked before launch.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can read your files or open your site.
