What it does
A slow site fixed in the order that moves the numbers most. You get a clear read on your Core Web Vitals, a list of what is dragging them down and the changes to make. The skill starts with a measured baseline: how long the main content takes to appear, how fast the page reacts to taps and clicks, and how much the layout jumps. Then it hunts the usual causes. Oversized hero images, a heavy JavaScript bundle that blocks the page, missing caching rules and scripts that load too early. Each fix comes with the before and after target, so you can confirm it worked, and a final check against a Lighthouse score.

Use it when
- Your pages feel slow and visitors leave before they load.
- Google flags your Core Web Vitals as poor.
- Your JavaScript bundle keeps growing and you do not know why.
- You are preparing for a performance audit and need a to-do list.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run code and open a browser.
