What it does
A finished feature, built in code from a spec and its tickets, then tested and reviewed. The tickets are treated as a task graph, not a list. Some are blocked by others, so there is always a set of tickets ready to start. The skill creates one integration branch. Each ready ticket goes to its own helper agent in its own worktree, which builds it using test-first development. A merge agent folds each finished ticket into the branch, and new tickets open up as blockers clear. When all are done, it runs a code review. You need an issue tracker and a spec made earlier.
You give it
- A written spec
- Its tickets with blocking links
- Your issue tracker details
- Notes from earlier code research (optional)
You get
- One integration branch with the full spec built
- Tests for each ticket
- Tickets closed in your tracker
- A code review of the result
- A draft pull request (optional)
Use it when
- You have a spec and tickets and want the code built.
- Your tickets depend on each other and you want safe parallel work.
- You want every ticket tested and merged into one branch.
- You want a review pass before anything lands on main.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run code and read your project files.
