What it does
A plan for counting inventory a little each week, so you never have to shut down for one big yearly count. You get a rolling schedule, a list of who counts what, and a method to trace mismatches back to their cause. It starts by asking about your current accuracy, item count, warehouse size, scanning tools and labour. Then it ranks items by value and sales so high-value ones are counted more often. It sets a count frequency per group, tolerance limits and rules for recounting. When a count is off, it walks through root causes such as receiving errors, mispicks or location mistakes, and suggests fixes. It also covers audit needs.
