What it does
Most new stores open with a gap that costs sales. A policy page still has a bracketed placeholder. The payment account is still being verified. Tax was never tested on a real address. The first real order becomes your first test, and the buyer sees the mistake. This skill goes through everything that must work before you take the password off. It starts with settings, then products, policies, payments, test orders and fulfilment, the phone view, the domain and analytics. It grades each item pass, fix or block, and puts the problems that stop you taking money or shipping first. It works from what you tell it and cannot see your admin, so it also gives you the exact test orders to place and what to confirm on each. A test order proves your checkout flow. It does not prove your tax registrations are right.

How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- List what is set up in your store, and mark anything you are unsure about.
- Paste the results of any test orders you have placed. Never paste live payment keys, card numbers or bank details.
- Fix the blockers first, place the test orders it lists, and tell it what you saw.
- Run it again until there are no blockers, then switch to live in the order it gives you.
