What it does
A list of customers who got their order 7 to 14 days ago and are ready for a post-purchase survey, with refunded and cancelled orders left out. It reads your store and changes nothing. The skill queries your store's orders through the API and keeps only those fulfilled in the 7 to 14 day window. It removes anything refunded or cancelled so unhappy or returned buyers do not get a survey invitation by mistake. Safety rules keep it read-only, it logs the session and handles errors such as rate limits and large order counts. It needs API access to a Shopify-style store.
