What it does
A percentage split of how your returns end: exchange, store credit or refund. It also shows how much revenue each route keeps, so you see what returns really cost you. The skill reads your Shopify returns for a chosen period, such as 30 days, and puts each return into one bucket. Exchanges keep the revenue. Store credit defers it. Refunds lose it. It then reports a revenue recovery rate, and can compare against an earlier period to show if you are improving. It is read-only and changes nothing in your store. You need a Shopify store with the command line tool signed in and permission to read orders and returns.
