What it does
The real cost of your returns, not only the refund amount. You see what each return reason and each product costs you in refunds, lost shipping income, written-off stock and handling time. It reads your Shopify returns for a set window, 90 days by default, and groups them by reason, product, SKU or reason and product together. Items sent back as defective are treated as a full loss at cost. Every other return gets a flat handling cost you can set, with $5 as the starting figure. It drops groups with too few returns to mean anything. It changes nothing in your store. The costs are estimates, so adjust the handling figure before using them for accounts.
