What it does
Which products get sent back most? This gives you a refund rate for each product, vendor or time period, so you can see where quality or listing problems hide. It reads your recent orders from Shopify and finds every refunded item. For each group it divides refunded units by units sold, then ranks the results. Groups with too few orders are left out, so one odd sale does not skew the list. You choose how far back to look and how to group the data. It only reads data and never changes an order. It needs a logged-in Shopify command line session with order read access.
