What it does
A list of the orders most likely to trigger a "where is my order?" email, found before the email arrives. You can message those customers first. It connects to your Shopify store and reads open orders. It flags two groups: orders that shipped but whose tracking has not updated for several days, and orders still unfulfilled after your own cut-off. You set both limits, with defaults of five days and three days. The run is read-only, so nothing in your store changes, and it prints a readable report or JSON. You need Shopify admin access with the read_orders scope.
