What it does
The first days of a TikTok test are full of noise. One ad has a low CTR (the share of viewers who click), another has a high CPM (the cost of 1,000 views), and it's hard to know what to change. Judge too soon and you cut ads that needed more data. This skill waits until an ad has spent $50 or reached 1,000 impressions. Then it checks it against lines for the first 24 hours and for day 3. It tells a creative problem from an audience problem, and calls keep, fix the hook, fix the audience or kill. After 3 days it kills the bottom half, moves the budget to the winners and plans the next test. The lines come from one agency's US-market practice, so give it your break-even cost per sale and it resets the cost lines.
You give it
- Per ad: spend, impressions, CTR, watch time, CPM, CPC, cost per add to cart and cost per purchase
- How long each ad has run
- The audience each ad group used
- Your break-even cost per sale (optional, strongly advised)
- Your question (optional)
You get
- A call for each ad: keep, fix hook, fix audience, kill or too early
- The likely cause of each problem
- A score out of 100 for each ad and for the test
- A plan for the next test
Use it when
- Your TikTok test ads have run for a day or three and you don't know which to cut.
- An ad has views but no sales, and you can't tell if the hook, audience or page is the cause.
- You want to plan your next batch of creative from what this one showed.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste each ad's numbers and say how long it has run. Wait for $50 of spend or 1,000 views.
- Add your break-even cost per sale so it can reset the cost lines to your store.
- Do what it says after day 3: cut the bottom half, move the budget and launch the next variations.
