What it does
Teams get tired of an ad long before their buyers do. If most of your buyers have never noticed it, it cannot be worn out. They have not seen it enough to tire of it. This skill asks what the evidence says. It checks how many people know the ad, whether pull is falling, whether the product still matches the claim and whether the market for the product is shrinking. It treats a team's boredom as a reason to ask, not a reason to change. It then works out the cost of a restart: the recall you have built is bought with years of money, and a new campaign has to buy it again. If a change is needed, it says what to keep and how to test the new version before it goes out.
