What it does
A crowded product is not a bad sign. It proves people want it. The gap is usually who you sell to, not what you sell. If every rival shows young, fit buyers, nobody is talking to older buyers, or to people who just want it to work for them. This skill looks at what rivals show: who is in their ads and clips, and what problem each ad names. It lists the groups that appear a lot and the groups that are missing. A group with very few ads is open ground. Then it ranks the missing groups, checks each one against the rival search so it doesn't invent a gap, and writes a hook, a creative and a landing page line to test each. It tests a few groups at a time, so your budget isn't spread thin.
You give it
- Your product and what it does
- Rival ads or short video clips (who they show, what they promise)
- Your budget for tests (optional)
- Anything you know about your current buyers (optional)
- Reference ads (optional)
You get
- A map of who rivals target and who they miss
- Three to five untapped buyer groups, each with the problem it has
- One test plan per group: a hook, a creative idea and a landing page line
- A note on which groups to test first for your budget
Use it when
- Your product has strong rivals and your ads sound like theirs.
- You sell one product that could help several kinds of people, and you don't know which to lead with.
- You want a new angle for a store that is flat, without changing the product.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Describe your product in a few lines. Say what it does and who buys it today.
- Search the product on TikTok and in the Meta Ad Library. Paste or attach what rivals show. Note who is in each ad and what it promises.
- Read the map and the ranked groups. Check the ones you like by searching them yourself.
- Pick up to three groups for a first test, or fewer if your budget is small. Run one ad per group and see which one takes off.
