What it does
Choose how a video will be made before you spend anything: generate it with AI, build it from code and assets, or edit footage you already have. You describe the video. The skill looks at three things: where the visuals come from, how the pieces get assembled, and whether you supplied footage. Then it picks one main route, or a combined plan when a brief mixes types. Generation suits new scenes. Composition suits exact text, charts and repeatable layouts. Editing suits cutting, trimming and finishing your own clips. If production tools or paid services are not available, it still returns a full written package: script, timed storyboard, exact on-screen text, audio direction and export target.
