What it does
A growth plan for a site that already has visitors but turns too few into leads and sales. The thinking is that most traffic problems are really conversion problems, so you fix those before paying for more traffic. The skill runs a guided eight-phase process and saves a tracker so you can pick up later. It begins with research on why visitors leave. Then it sets up a way to keep the 97 percent who are not ready to buy, such as a quiz or scorecard. Next it clarifies the message, adds proof and urgency, reworks the offer, builds in sharing and links the wins into one marketing plan. Each phase ends with a document.
