What it does
Most new Amazon products launch cold. The listing uses guessed keywords, the ads burn cash before there are reviews, the stock runs out in week three, and nobody knew the launch was happening. Each of those mistakes costs rank, and rank is hard to win back. The steps fix them in order, each one using the last. First it picks true, searched phrases. The listing and the ads are both built from those phrases, so they agree. Then it sets the ad budget from your unit profit, so you only risk what you can lose. It pauses while you place your stock order, because the stock plan needs your maker's lead time and monthly capacity. It pauses again while you send stock in and build a wait list. Then it plans launch day around the live listing, the ads and the stock that arrived.
You give it
- Your product facts, benefits and any proof you can show, such as certificates or test numbers
- A keyword export from your seed phrases and from two or three rival listings
- Your price, unit profit after Amazon fees, and a daily ad budget you can afford to lose
- Your maker's lead time and monthly capacity, and your sales plan
- Your audience size and launch date (optional)
- Competitors (optional)
- Your results (optional)
You get
- A keyword shortlist in tiers, with a main phrase, volumes and the phrases you dropped
- A listing with title, five bullets, description and backend keywords
- Three launch ad campaigns with starting bids, negative keywords and a stop rule
- A stock order with a shipment checklist, plus a week-by-week launch plan and review plan
Use it when
- You have chosen a private-label product and want the listing, ads, stock and launch plan ready together before you press go.
- Your last launch had no early sales, or ran out of stock after a few weeks.
- You have at least eight weeks before launch and can post short videos to build a wait list.
Steps
- Amazon keyword picker: Give it your product and a keyword export. Get the phrases for your title, bullets and backend.
- Amazon listing writer: Give it product facts and keyword tiers. Get an Amazon title, five benefit bullets and backend keywords.
- Amazon PPC launch builder: Give it your product, keywords and daily budget. Get auto, keyword and competitor campaigns with bids and negatives.
- Amazon inbound stock planner: Give it sales, lead times and case sizes. Get how much to send, when, and a shipment checklist.
- Amazon launch week planner: Give it your product and audience. Get a pre-launch and launch-day plan for early sales and reviews.
How to use it
- Download the handoff pack. It's a zip with HANDOFF.md and every skill file this workflow uses.
- Give the folder to Claude (in Claude Code, or as files in a Claude Project) and say "Follow HANDOFF.md".
- Have your keyword export and your unit profit ready before you start. Without unit profit it will not set an ad budget.
- After the ads, it stops and asks you to place the stock order. Come back with your maker's lead time and capacity.
- After the stock is sent, it stops again. Use that wait to post videos and send samples, then carry on with launch week.
