What it does

Photographing fifty products takes weeks, and photos from different days never match. Making them with an image model fixes the time but brings new risks: photos that drift in style, run past your budget, or warp the product so a customer gets something that does not look like the picture. The steps keep the batch under control. First it fixes one look in words and changes only the product line for each row, with a cost limit and a small test run. You pause to approve the test batch. Then it inspects the full set for faults. You redo flagged photos. Last it checks the final photos against marketplace rules. Not worth it for a few products. Shoot those, since real photos beat drawn ones for trust.

Steps

  1. Product catalogue photo maker: Give it a spreadsheet of products. Get one matching photo per product, with a cost limit. Your image model draws them.
  2. AI product photo inspector: Give it an AI-made product photo. Get a risk rating, eight checks and lines to add to your prompt before you retry.
  3. Marketplace photo rule checker: Give it product photos and your platform. Get a pass or reject per photo, and fixed copies.

How to use it

  1. Download the handoff pack. It's a zip with HANDOFF.md and every skill file this workflow uses.
  2. Give the folder to Claude (in Claude Code, or as files in a Claude Project) and say "Follow HANDOFF.md".
  3. Attach your product sheet and a reference photo for each product. Set your cost limit.
  4. Approve the test batch before the full run. Ask for changes to the look at this point, not later.
  5. Redo any flagged photo with the fix lines, then save the final set for the rules check.
