What it does

Tracking breaks quietly. A theme update drops a tag and the chart goes to zero for three weeks before anyone looks. A developer renames an event and the funnel splits in two. A campaign goes out with no link tag and its visits land in "direct". Meanwhile two ad platforms each claim the same sale, and together report more orders than the store took. This agent checks the plumbing every month, the same way. It writes a tracking plan once and checks every event against it. It scores the analytics setup and the paid social tracking out of 100 and compares with last month. It updates the link register and marks any campaign that ran untagged. Then it sets each platform's claims against your real totals for the same dates, gives a truer return and a trust level, and names the likely cause when the platforms claim more than reality.…

How to use it

  1. Start a chat with the agent. In Claude Code, add it as a skill or save it in .claude/agents, then ask it to run last month.
  2. Describe your setup once. On the first run, approve the tracking plan it writes.
  3. Each month, export each platform's report and your store totals for the same dates. Put them in one folder, or attach them in the chat.
  4. Say what changed last month. Read the broken items first, then the fix list.
  5. Make the fixes you agree with and have someone fire a test event. Run it again next month; it re-checks what you fixed.
