What it does
A measurement plan that tracks your brand against its own goals, not generic numbers. You get the metrics to follow, how to collect each one and how to read the results. It starts from your goal, such as awareness, preference, loyalty or higher prices, and from your stage, since a new brand has no baseline. It then names one headline metric and builds out groups of measures, for example perception metrics like sentiment across social posts and review sites. It fits your tools and budget, so a team with no research money gets free and owned data options.
