What it does
Training slides are built for the hour. A month later, someone at their desk with a real problem opens the deck, scrolls past the warm-up and the agenda, and gives up. What they wanted was the steps, the mistakes and a way to check they got it right, on one page. This prompt starts from the moment of use and builds backwards. It pulls the steps from your material in the imperative, puts the common mistakes beside the steps they belong to, keeps the checks and one example that shows the right result, and cuts the room-only parts, listing what it cut so you can see. Anything inferred rather than observed is marked. If your material describes the skill without the steps, it says which steps are missing instead of making them up.
