What it does
A short exercise that shows whether you tend to be too sure or too unsure about what you know. You rate your confidence, try the question, see how you did, and then compare. Claude asks for a gut rating from 0 to 100 before you answer. You attempt the question without notes. Claude marks the attempt honestly as strong, partial, minimal or incorrect, then asks for your rating again after feedback. It compares the two numbers with the result and names the pattern, such as overconfident, underconfident or well calibrated. It keeps earlier results so you can watch the pattern over time. It is useful because feeling you know something often differs from knowing it.
