What it does
An honest score for the work you just finished, not the usual 4 out of 5 for everything. It rates how hard the task was and how well it was done, then combines them with a fixed table. Two scores are set apart. Task ambition is low, medium or high. Execution is poor, adequate or strong. The final grade comes from the table, so an easy task caps at 2 out of 5 even if it was done perfectly. Before finalising, it must argue for a higher score and a lower score, then settle the argument. Each grade is saved to a file, and it warns you when recent grades all look the same. It needs no tools.
