What it does
A checklist only helps if it is run in full, in order, on paper. People skip items that feel obvious or uncomfortable, and those are often the ones that matter. When they feel sure, they skip the list entirely. This skill runs your list for you. It writes an answer with evidence for each item, treats unknowns as fails until found, and stops at the first failed stop item. It counts fails, looks for a common cause, and records the call in a form you can judge later. It also notes which items were unclear.

How to use it
